Hello! My name is Master Chimbala. I am very excited to welcome all the incoming new voices of positive change. MCCC is the Master Chimbala Champions of Change. This is a team of young people who seek to advance greater good in the society firstly by leading exemplary lives. True leadership is displayed through the avenues of our personal lives. A person falls or rises from within himself/herself. A person cannot rise higher than their very scope of personal definition. This is why the first call to service is the characterization of the very qualities we aspire to achieve in the society.

The other core purpose of the MCCC members is to advance positive change through outreaches, training, talks, mentorship, advocacy and executing various activities that elevate towards the causes of our mission.

This network carries membership of female and male Champions drawn from across the country. Core members are aged from 18 years to 35 years old. There are no further qualifications for would-be Champions, except for a few simple rules of life and commitment. Every member must read, understand and commit to the Life Code of the MCCC.

There is a One Kwacha (K1) standard membership fee to be paid by all members upon membership approval. Membership is renewed annually. This easy minimal membership contribution fee is set to be so low in order to allow every interested young person to join this family.

I know that we shall together achieve more greater good. You and I do know that doers of good are more needed today than ever before. The world is thirsty for more service, compassion, love, reason, friendship, support, connectedness and collaborations. 

MCCC operates under the auspices of the Master Chimbala SURGE. Administrative support activities are carried out by the SURGE office which entity also fashions and functions the various Master Chimbala platforms, projects, media, outreaches, advocacies, events and learning programmes.
